KOGS Self-Defense Class Information: KOGS has provided 3500+ women self-defense classes since 2016 Class cost: Free Class age: Women age 16+ Our instructors are highly trained law enforcement officers from local police departments. Dress in everyday clothing. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign release forms.
