There will be several Open Community Self-Defense Classes scheduled through the year in Lucas and Western Counties.

​KOGS Self-Defense Class Information:

KOGS has provided 1,800+ women self-defense
classes since 2016

Class cost: Free
Class age: Women age 16+

Any class scheduled must be willing to be open to the public of that community unless within a school domain

Our instructors are two highly trained law enforcement officers from local police departments.

Dress in everyday clothing.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign release forms.
